  The antique gold ribbon, and wax seal also compliments this suite perfectly. I really wanted to take the beautiful example photos that you sent, and make them my own. If you look closely at the outer damask design you will notice an abstract budding flower/rose depicted in the detailing; this rose is historically considered the "damask rose." In Latin culture, "sub-rosa," meaning 'under the rose', came from the practice of Romans suspending damask roses above meeting tables to establish trust and confidentiality. The Damask rose  is one of the oldest strains of roses no longer found growing wild; but it still symbolizes unity, and peace.    Sounds like a history lesson, but how befitting for  a wedding!
